Both on-line and telephone counselling provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions or concerns in the comfort of your own home via telephone or a secure online video platform called Zoom. Some of the benefits are:
We offer counselling to children and young people aged 9 - 18 years with a range of issues.
Counselling might be useful to you if you are looking for someone who you can talk to who will really listen, understand and accept you without judgement or opinion. Sometimes talking to someone outside of our circle of family and friends can help us reach feelings we didn't know existed but need to be expressed for good mental health.
Counselling sessions can take place over the telephone or on-line via zoom (Mon - Sat)
Face to face appointments may be available with some counsellors

All of our counsellors are registered members of The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and work according to their Ethical Framework. Under these guidelines our counsellors are subject to regular supervision, continued professional development and must hold professional indemnity insurance and enhanced DBS clearance. This ensures that all of our clients remain our primary concern while working with them, including their safety and confidentiality.
